Great location and large spacious rooms.
It lacked warmth. I felt like a number or almost an inconvenience to some of the staff.

Location/downtown proximity. Very walkable to multiple attractions. Fairmont gold lounge. Beautiful city/water views. In room dining/room service.
No complaints, everything was exceptional. One side note when it comes to parking cost, I always utilize valet parking when available but thought it was odd that the daily self parking cost was the same as valet parking.

Beautiful view of the bay, nice in-room amenities and rain shower. Friendly staff who go the extra mile.

We enjoyed a wonderful view over the harbour. And the room was spacious.
We had to wait until the room was available in the café located at the ground floor where the service was extremely slow.
