We love how bright the rooms are, and the decor is so nice!! It's in a great location near the Skytrain station, and close to some of our fave restaurants (Cactus Club in particular).
The only complaint we have is that there are only 2 glasses in the room so if you're using the glasses to have a drink/cocktail in your room, you don't have any glasses in the bathroom. Also, when we used the glasses, they were not replaced with clean glasses, but our coffee cups were replaced with clean.

Location worked well. The sound fom the road wasnt noticeable, likely due to good windows.
Couch bed was the worst experience I've had. Hard, springy, wires digging in your back. It was really bad. Even the main bed wasnt comfortable, really firm. But better than the pullout.
The wall between the hallway and living room is glass block walls and the amount of light that comes through you could read a book with.
The living room tv is tiny.
There is so much damage in the walls, some repairs are needed
The rooms are small, not really an issue, but you have to straddle the toliet to close the bathroom door.
