Honestly, the rooms are incredible!!! Really spacious, the bathroom is spacious and clean, the amenities and bedsheets were amazing!
I didn't like that there was not 24/7 room service.

The bedding was comfortable. I would prefer a more plush blanket in the closet to use for those of us who get cold easily. I heard every noise our room was connected to. It was horrible. The bathroom is not very accommodating for women who need counter space to sit items on. I love the barn slide door, but not having a door that is locked tight for warmth, and sound proof is not good. I am glad my partner and I have been together for 13 years to hear me go to the bathroom. Your staff outside to retrieve cars and park them for a ball event was not staffed accordingly. Carissa who tried to check me in, just up and left after she spend a few minutes with me. She walked over to help another customer in the middle of my transaction. very rude.
