The beds were so comfortable. The room was spotless. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The pool was awesome. Thank you.

Check in staff was awesome! However, nighttime (same girl for both nights) and the following day had rude staff; I asked for a roll of toilet paper at 830pm on the first night as we only had 1/2 of a roll in the washroom and 3x13 yr old boys… she told me housekeeping would get me some in the am - so I went to shoppers and bought my own. I made tea in the lobby on 2 separate occasions and both times the cremes had been chunky; each time the staff rolled their eyes at me when I showed them and suggested they discard the small bowl they had out, which they didn’t do. Also I had taken a few bags down to the car at 925am and left the 3x13yrs boys in the room to get changed and get ready to go…when I returned, they were quite upset because housekeeping had literally opened the door without knocking and started to enter the room. When they realized there were still ppl in the room, they asked the boys when they are checking out as they needed to get the room clean….AT 935am??? Check out is 11am.!!!! We were out of the room completely by 1015am. I did not stop and talk to front desk staff about this final incident as we were on a time crunch, however I plan on following up with a phone call.
