Gorgeous view from the balcony. Hotel is run by mother and daugther team that are so friendly and helpful. The balcony is large enough to sit and eat meals on and the kitchen is large enough to cook most any meal. We enjoyed the pool, but my favorite thing was the infrared sauna, so relaxing!
It is an older house so not super noise insulated, I didn't hear anything but I was worried my kids would annoy other hotel guests.

The location was great - nice to get away from the business of the city and enjoy a slightly slower pace. There aren't a ton of restaurants in the area but the food was good. Great hiking trails all around!

Village location suited us as quiet but a good base to explore the area.
Buses into Innsbruck very efficient and the village itself had all we needed with restaurants and a good supermarket.
Andrea was helpful when needed and the bakery delivery for breakfast very handy.
We thought it was exactly as described in the details so all positive.

There was no breakfast at the property but they have a very good Bread Delivery Service every morning, The Breads were very good and the service was also good.
It was ok overall but there is room for some improvements.
1. The pillows were very very soft and not comfortables. They could be better.
2. We stayed for 5 days and it would be good to have a policy for towel change after every 2-3 days as within 5 days they start smelling. We requested to the host and they kindly provided us with extra towels.
3. Like most of Airbnbs and apartment it would be good to put some tea bags, sugar sachet, etc when you arrive. They did provide 2 coffee capsules but a tea hamper would have been good for non-coffee drinkers.
