Good location buy the airport, friendly and helpful staff
Lift not working on arrival

Room was quite good. One lift was out of action so using the trade lift. Plenty of eating places nearby however they were all of east asian influence and alot did not have english menus.
Staff shortage in restaurant. Felt a bit uncomfortable.

Location and cleanliness.
1. There are only two elevators, and one is closed for my whole week stay, just one available. On 5/30, even that only one is broken. Instead of opening the service elevator for emergency use, guests are told to use the stairs! Terrible!
2. Dirty cups and plates in the room were not cleaned daily. Some days they are left in the room and no replacement.
