We book on the spot as we needed to book a place at Niagara to attend a birthday celebration of my daughter's friend. I used Agoda and tried the discount and it worked. I always have Vittoria in my mind, since we had a good stay during the first time. I did not make a mistake, we were accommodated even before the check in time, though our view is not desirable, maybe because of the rate i booked, so it is okay. The room is spacious, but I hope the TV remote can be upgraded, coz it only worked when you are very near on the tv, so it defeats the purpose. At any rate, overall we had good time. The staff were hospitable, the place is generally clean, facilities (vending machine, pool, gym) are working properly. The view from my friend's room is amazing, in front of the Falls.
If we need another place to stay in the future, Vittoria will always be in our list.

We are a party of 3 adults and 3 children and booked the Junior River-view suite. The room has 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa bed, which are perfect for our needs. The room is spacious and clean, and the beds are comfortable. I really enjoyed the view of waterfall and part of the downtown. We also used the pool and hot tub, which are safe for kids to use and lots of chairs for parents to rest. We love the location which is close to a lot of activities. We went to watch a magic show at the Greg Frewin Theatre - just behind the hotel. We loved our stay and will return :)

This location is excellent for young children since it’s a short walk to Clifton Hill. The staff at the location were friendly and went out of their way to provide assistance when needed. The waitresses at the on-site restaurant were great during breakfast. Definitely recommend.
