It has a very good location because the Skytrain is just beside the hotel. Facilities are old but our stay is good. Staffs are friendly.

Tub would fill with water for the shower. The tub has scratched surface. Towels need to be better quality for being rewashed over and over. The housekeeping would not come back for days when I told them to and I had to request for 3 days in a row for toiletries. Location is good but it is just good for last minute bookings.

The hotel is located in the heart of New Minster, right next to a Sky Train station. Old building, spacious room. Can be noisy from a pub downstairs and from the sky train.

Photos shown are misleading. Room carpets need replacement. However rooms are large and the furniture is new. Access to the hotel is poor.
