About this villa rental
Villa Mirna is located in a quiet part of the village of Lokva Rogoznica with amazing, open sea and island views from every corner of the property and absolute privacy.
Completely air-conditioned and fully equipped for a very pleasant stay of max 12 persons.
Villa Mirna offers you an outdoor heated 26m2 pool with attached Whirlpool (same temperature as the pool water), and a sun deck area with 8 lounge chairs, a hot tub on the roof terrace, and a traditional wine bar.
The interior offers two floors:
Ground floor – Fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living area that is connected to the pool area, Bedroom No. 1 with a double bed, Bedroom No. 2 with 2 single beds, two family bathrooms with a shower, and one toilet with a washing machine.
1st floor - Bedroom No. 3 with double bed and sofa bed per person, bathroom with shower (en-suite), and the outside terrace with sea views. Bedroom No. 4 has two single beds which can be connected as one double, with a TV and game console (PS4). A family bathroom can be used by this bedroom. Bedroom No. 5 has a double bed and a sofa bed per person, a bathroom with a shower (en-suite), and an outside terrace with sea views.
The 2nd floor has a gym space with an Orbitrek machine & running gear. At the roof terrace, you have a hot tub and outdoor furniture with amazing sea views.
Behind the house is a traditional wine bar with local drinks.
The whole property is fully air-conditioned, and all rooms have a smart TV.
Villa is located 50 m above sea level and is 160m from the most beautiful pebble beach and from a few good restaurants. Because it is located on a hill, it has absolutely open sea views.

We had a wonderful time at tha Mirna villa; we were 10 people, 3 families, ages 4-70. The accommodation is wonderful, spacious, clean and comfortable. There's a great outside space and the pool, although not huge, and the hot tub were used every day. Only a short walk to a lovely beach. A hire car is a must; Omis and Split easy to get to. We'd only make a couple of points for improvement: could do with more fridge space, even if it were an overflow fridge in the garage. We could have done with a second clothes airer, and a yoga mat in the gym area would have been nice. Overall a great place.

Villa Mirna is a fantastic place, the host Mirna was very friendly and suprised us with a dinner invite the last night of our stay. The house is very nice and the view of the sea and the island Brac is amazing. We stayed two weeks with family and friends and had a great time!

you can easily trust all the information in the discription from the Villa Mirna. We were a group of 12 people (kids between 2 - 5 years and adults 28 - 39 years) and it was a great week and a beatiful holiday. easy conversationen with the owner via whatts app, additional whishes are easily organized. the house has a perfrect view, pool and also good location. Kind regards from Germany and we will come back, that is sure.

We have just returned from an incredible week in Villa Mirna. Weather was beautiful all week. We were greeted with local wine, fruit, bread and cheese/meats that the owners had very kindly prepared for us. The villa was spotless with everything we needed. Owners extremely helpful and even took us to a local garage when we got a puncture in the hire car!Gym was a bonus and we made good use of this too. Omis for excursions and meals is only a fifteen minute drive...we did a boat trip and white water rafting. Fish market is open 6am - 10am...excellent and reasonable. Ate at CocoPazzo and would thouroughly recommend.Local beaches are perfect for swimming...clean, warm sea...take swimming shoes as rocky and sea urchins!!Fantastic sunsets...you can just watch the sun sink from the villa.Loved this place and would definitely like to return. Couldn't have been any better.
