House 12 people aboard Sea. Located rue Saint-Michel you can go to the beaches to walk or bike safely.
Many activities available in the summer and all year: Sailing (catamaran, kitesurfing, yachting) Diving, Hiking (many wooded trails, the moors and heather or coastal - GR34), Riding ... Visits: Cap d'Erquy Cap Frehel ...

House completely renovated in 2016 is equipped for 12 people and includes ground floor: Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, bathroom (1 shower + 1 bath), 1 large room; Upstairs 2 large bedrooms with bathrooms (washbasin and shower) and 2 bedrooms 3 beds.

Closed ground of 700 m2 with parking for 3 cars.
