Modern top floor 4 bedroom/3 bathroom apartment located in a great spot just 300 meters away from the main Cavtat beaches (be aware of steap incline) having a great view of Cavtat bay with shared pool. Some 6 apartments share the pool.
Accommodating 8 + 1 people this beautiful spacious apartment consists of:
- 3 bedrooms with double beds of which one bedroom has en suite bathroom

We have just got back from a brilliant 10 day stay in Cavtat.
As a family of 5 with teenagers the apartment was superb, modern spacious, clean and very well equipped for large parties.
Nice pool with some Sun loungers which is very handy if you don’t fancy walking to the beach (the walk back up the hill is very steep)

We felt well looked after and comfortable in the lovely apartment, with lots of room. It had beautiful views and a warm pool with plenty of sunbeds.
Cavtat itself is a great place to stay, with lovely beaches and restaurants.

We had a lovely family holiday at Venko’s apartment.
We were late arriving but Venko was there to meet us.
The apartment was as described and the location suited us although the hill after fabulous food in town was sometimes a challenge!
If we returned to Cavtat we would stay here again it was good value

This apartment was perfect for our part of 4 adults and 3 children. It is beautifully presented and very clean. The owner, Vinko was there to meet us and was very helpful and informative. He managed to secure us a special 40th birthday meal at the last minute for a beautiful restaurant by the river. This was a 15 minute taxi ride away but well worth a visit to sample local Croatian cuisine at its best. The apartment itself is situated on the hillside and there is a lovely welcoming local bar and shop a few minutes walk away. The pool is shared with other apartments in the block and we would have struggled at times for all 7 of us to secure a sun-bed but luckily this wasnt an issue for us. The walk to the beach is 15 minutes via a steep hill and steps. This is quite challenging on the return journey, especially in the heat of the day but it didnt prevent us from doing the walk twice a day. The local beach has lots of bars serving snacks and light meals and there are plenty of water sports available. Sun-loungers are available to hire for between 30-40 Kuna per day.The small ferry to Dubrovnik departs from here and takes about 45 minutes. If you are planning a trip to Dubrovnik, check the cruise timetable beforehand as it will be less crowded. Cavtat town is a further 15 minute walk around the bay, which is a pleasant walk with bars and restaurants along the way. Cavtat has lots of beautiful restaurants and has a lovely atmosphere both during the day and at night.
