The view from the room was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful! The room had all the facilities you would expect! The staff went above and beyond to get a beautiful bunch of roses organised last minute which was really appreciated! Absolutely loved the aquarium wall, created such a great vibe!
The room seemed a little dated! It was a great concept but could do with being updated a little. Also the hot tub was more like a Luke warm tub, could definitely do with turning the hot water up a little.

The hospitality of the workers was incredible. They were very accommodating when it came to doing breakfast before the 8am start time.
Unfortunately there was a huge storm which turned off the power one night. The room was very hot and not easy to sleep in. We completely understood that this was out of the control of the staff or the hotel though!

It had the most spectacular views. The room was beautiful, and very clean. Alexandria , and the whole staff were just wonderful. Thanks to the housekeeper our room was spic and span everyday.

The place was clean and staff friendly and helpful.
Hotel was directly off the side of the road and a bit noisy. We looked very forward in relaxing thru the spa room jacuzzi/hot tubs and hotel room tub/shower, however and unfortunately, the water was barely lukewarm.
