Really close to the parks. We also stayed at Newport bay and despite it being higher stars I preferred this one as the set up is practically the same but less frills eg main lobby “less fancy” looking decor but given you’re not there long it didn’t bother me.
Food wasn’t great. We had breakfast - and I’d say it’s mediocre / full of processed food, but I wonder if that’s the same in all of these Disney restaurants? Would have liked more fresh fruits, yoghurts vs doughnuts and pancakes

Fantastic location beds so comfortable , staff very helpful and friendly , great cocktails at bar and an amazing buffet breakfast !
Rooms are very warm and you can’t really turn down heating , plug sockets need more of… I know the rooms are due for refurbishing so I’m sure this will all be looked at .

The buffet was nicely prepared and tasted very good.
Some staff just seemed lost or lacked training. The fact that not many spoke English which is a basic requirement when working in hospitality. Margorzata in the pool reception area has a patience issue that needs to be addressed by whoever is managing her.
