Location is great - 10 min walk to the parks.
The pool is great - water slide and water fall. They have everything you need for kids (all sizes of armbands and life vests) and towels. Only downside for some people might be that its right on the edge of the complex, so isnt the quickest to get to.
Most staff were really friendly and helpful.
Character meet ups each day (Minnie, max and Donald the three days we were there). Only downside is that they're during the morning so you couldnt do that plus magic pass early hours.
We did the golden forest club and it was nice food. Although it is the same every day, so gets repetitive.
If travelling with kids, they can provide everything (nightlight, sleeping bag, bed rails)
The entrance is on the ground floor, but the lift to the rooms is on the second floor. The lift to the second floor can only fit one buggy in. So it can take quite a while to get up to your room after the disney night show, or to get down to the entrance in the morning.
Golden forest club will give you as many cups of water as you want, but won't just give you a bottle (although there are fountains throughout the hotel, but they were a bit up and down).

Nice hotel, a bit outdated, but services were good. Clean room, confortable beds, nice cozy place.
We stayed in an apartment room and the noise from the other room was considerable in the mornings.
Too few sockets in the room for charging devices, we received 2 bottle of water for the whole 4 nights stay. They could have refilled at least the water bottles daily.
A bit to expensive for what they offer.
On our check out day cleaning ladies knocked our door and waited for us to get out at 9 AM…we feeled a little rushed.

Helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast, warm pool, short walk to Disneyland.
Really bad experience to arrive and leave with (Bolt) taxi, as not possible to order the taxi to the hotel :( This made our experience bitter (had to walk with bags long long way). All hotels should offer taxi to door!
