The location is excellent — in a quiet area near the European Parliament, away from the crowds yet still close to everything. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, with a charm that felt authentic and refined. The hotel is remarkably peaceful, making every night genuinely restful.

Location, space, quiet, effective communication/ instant responses. Loved the balcony, a shame I stayed here in winter when it is too cold to enjoy it..
Also was very happy to stay away from Xmas markets buzz but felt very safe to come back walking in the evenings...
The bed base is too light and when leaned against the headboard (which is attached to the wall and not the bed), the bed keeps moving by creating a gap between the bed and the headboard. So the bed needs to either be attached to the headboard or the floor to prevent this from happening. Otherwise am very happy with my stay and would happily stay again.
