About this house rental
On the Sanremo hill, detached villa on two floors. Bright, completely renovated. Large stone terrace with porch, gazebo,flowers and plants.
Outdoor: dining table with chairs, sofa with 2 armchairs, coffee table, 2 sun loungers. Superb view of the sparkling sea, the two ports, Sanremo city, the old city "La Pigna" and the surrounding hills and mountains.
First floor:
Living room, bookcase, sofa (convertible into bed), 2 armchairs, TV.
Dining area, table with chairs, open kitchen, 2 closets. Bathroom with shower, washing machine.
Second floor:
1 bedroom with queen bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Sea view.
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (or, on request queen bed), wardrobe, chest of drawers. Sea view.
Marble bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Private parking lot.
Internet access.
On request, possibility of cot and adjustable high chairs for children.
Barbecue.
Attention:
- Request a security deposit of 500 Euro upon check-in which will be returned upon check-out in the absence of damage to the house and property.
- The heating is considered separately, calculated according to your consumption, (5 Euro per mc.= 15/20 Euro approximately per day), to be paid at the time of check-out in cash.
From 1 June 2019 the Sanremo City Tax of 1.50Euro per person per day will be applied, starting from 4 years of age, to be paid in cash at the check-in.

The apartment was comfortable, well appointed and spotlessly clean and the view from the terrace is spectacular. Olga was charming, walked us through the house and recommended grocery stores and restaurants.
We thoughly enjoyed our stay in Sanremo and will return.
You need a small car to navigate the narrow roads to the house, our rental just made it with guidence in tight spots.

Nice house and gentle owner. Kitchen had really every thing and because it was really hot we really were glad with the airconditioning in the bedrooms.

The house has everything that you need. All windows have protection against mosquitos. The terrace is large and has two tables, a barbecue a loungearea and sunchairs. We couldnt park directly by the house bescause the entrace was to small but you can reach the car by stairs. The contact is very friendly, gives tips and advice for a perfect stay. we had a wonderful week and especially the view over the old town and harbour is breathtaking.
