About this apartment rental
The apartment, recently renovated, is located on the first floor of a historic building in the characteristic Lungolago of Gardone Riviera and enjoys an enviable view of Lake Garda.
The apartment Belvedere is the perfect location for those who want to get away from the typical traffic of the city and enjoy total relaxation in the picturesque view of Lake Garda.
The dwelling presents a careful attention to detail and the mixture of modern and antique recreates a magical atmosphere of the past.
The antique wardrobes, the Vintage beds, the beautiful original frescoes painted on the ceilings create a welcoming and sophisticated environment.
In a few minutes on foot you can reach the beach, the boat, a lot of bars, restaurants, pizzerias, souvenir shops, supermarkets.
The apartment opens with an elegant living room and dining room with direct access to a balcony overlooking the lake.
On the first floor there is also a kitchen, a service bathroom, an independent double bedroom, a large entrance with a computer workstation and a small utility room with a washing machine.
The second floor includes the sleeping area: double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with hydromassage cabin with chromotherapy, a romantic balcony with a breathtaking view of the lake; a second bedroom with a panoramic view of the lake, a third bedroom with two single beds and an elegant bathroom with a Jacuzzi whirlpool bath.
In the villa is available the air conditioning with extra payment. If requested, the guest will pay the fixed quote of €80 by cash at the check in (payments with credit cards have an increase of 2% for bank commissions). After the payment the check in assistant will give the remotes for AC and the instructions for the use.

Our family of 5 had a perfect stay at this lovely apartment. The home has three rooms and one room has three beds so everyone was comfortable. Communication and check in could not have been better. The free parking lot is a short walk and we found a place each time. You can use the loading parking place to unload and load your luggage rather than walking it to the parking lot. We would definitely stay here again. Location is perfect.

This is a lovely and perfect location for a stay at Lake Garda. We were very pleased with the view and location of the apartment. Lake Garda is a perfect place for family (with kids) vacation. Our family, afukt children and grandchildren were very pleased.

We had a wonderful time there and everything was perfect. Samanta was so friendly and kind, the apartement was clean and perfect to stay with a wunderful view.We come back again!!!

The apartment was clean and tidy with some interesting furniture and ornaments, it was comfortable, and the views across the lake are good.
We were a little disappointed as the outside photo of the property does not demonstrate that there is a bar underneath and of our 11 night stay, there were 5 nights when the bar stayed open until the early hours and their English visitors sadly used unpleasant language - so sitting on the balcony or with the doors open became a little unpleasant. The hum of the air con when you go to bed will pleasantly distract from outside noise.
Yes locks on the loos would be nice and the property only has 2 loos, not 3 as we perceived in the write up. Also some glass/plastic bowls to be able to use the microwave would be helpful.
