Former, recently restored barn situated a short distance away from the charming town of Cortona dating back to the Etruscan time. This property provides nice and welcoming interiors. Outside guests can enjoy use of a private garden and swimming-pool.
The villa is in easy reach of the most important places of interest of central-south Tuscany such as Cortona, Castiglion Fiorentino, Arezzo, Siena..
A secondary road connecting the village of Montecchio to Camucia passes in front of the property.
Distances Montecchio with groceries 2 km away, Camucia with shops of all kinds and railway station 4,5 km, Cortona 7,5 km away, Montepulciano 27 km, Arezzo 30 km, Pienza 40 km away, Rapolano Terme (spas) 40 km, the town of Montalcino (renowned for the production of the Brunello wine) 60 km away, Siena 65 km, San Gimignano 105 km, Florence 115 km away.
