Step inside and you’ll find a warm, welcoming space designed for comfort and connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including both drip and Keurig coffee options, plus counter seating for four that flows seamlessly into the dining table for shared meals. The living room is the heart of the home, featuring a smart TV, and plenty of seating with a couch, loveseat, and recliner—ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun.
Sliding glass doors open to a private balcony where the experience truly shines. Gently sway in the hanging swings, gather around the table for al fresco dining, or simply take in the peaceful lake views. Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a TV, a reclining chair, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo, also accessible via the hallway.
Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking for 3 vehicles available.
• Access notes:
o This condo unit is all one level, with the entry point on the main floor of the unit.
o The unit is located on the second floor of the building.
o Parking is level with the third floor of the building — guests will need to take one flight of stairs down from the parking level to access the main door.
o Please note that this building is not equipped with an elevator.
• Please note that this unit does not have a traditional gas, electric, or charcoal grill, but is equipped with a gas griddle for guest use.
• Portable crib provided.
