Orcaber Farm Retreat is a charming, stone-built property on the outskirts of the Yorkshire village of Austwick. All ground floor with one super king-size double bedroom comprising of a freestanding bath and an en-suite shower room, this characterful abode can sleep two guests. There is also an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside is off-road parking for one car and an enclosed garden with a lawned area, patio and furniture. Orcaber Farm Retreat offers a relaxing break away with the whole of the Yorkshire Dales and Forest of Bowland waiting to be explored.
Amenities: Biomass central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. TV with Sky, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire/stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed garden with lawn, patio and outdoor furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 0.9 miles. Please note; Over Christmas and New Year, we can only accept 7 night bookings starting on the 22nd of December for Christmas and the 29th of December for New Year

With limestone pavements and scars, caves and open moors, the area has a wealth of natural interest and there are wonderful cycle tracks and walks on the doorstep. Austwick boasts a local pub serving excellent home cooked meals and a country hotel for something a little more special, as well as a shop and Post Office for visitors’ daily requirements. This quiet village is nicely off the beaten track, yet the market towns of Settle, Kirkby Lonsdale, Skipton and Kendal are all within easy driving distance.
