The living areas in this single-storey property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, and an external utility. Appliances include an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and two singles, serviced by a shower over the bath. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with furniture and additional paddock for dogs, along with ample private, off-road parking. Within 3.6 miles, you will find the nearest shop and pub. Please note, this property welcomes one well-behaved dog, but is non-smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Enjoy a memorable stay in Devon at Stags Cottage. There is superb walking on the South West Coast Path and the North Devon beaches are varied and interesting. Visit the National Trust's Watersmeet Gorge, Valley of the Rocks and the funicular cliff railway. Up on Exmoor, there are various walks to suit all abilities, as well as highlights such as Tarr Steps, Landacre Bridge and the village of Withypool. Further afield, the resorts of Ilfracombe and Combe Martin are well worth a visit, and for some of the best beaches in the country, visit Woolacombe and Saunton and Croyde.
