The Bedrooms

Sink into the comfiest king size beds. after a long day out discovering Bournemouth, and get ready in style in the mornings thanks to the luxury mini complimentary toiletries we have placed in the apartment just for you. The king sized beds have a wonderful zip link feature so that they can be made into twin beds, upon request, prior to your stay.

Please note that upon confirming your booking, we kindly request all guests to complete a pre-check-in form as part of our security process. This helps ensure a safe and smooth experience for everyone during your stay.
- The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18
- Infants will be counted as a guest
- Strictly no stag or hen parties
- Strictly no smoking inside the property (penalty of £150.00 for non-compliance)
- If the property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional cleaning
- Mandatory signing into the property via an external check-in form; failure to comply will result in cancellation of stay.
- Please also note that if you are bringing a pet, that the fee is £40 per pet per stay for a maximum of 1. Pet is limited to hard floor areas and not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. Kindly message us first as bringing a pet is subject to approval.
- We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11pm to 8am.
- Guests must manage waste as per the property manual, with a potential fee for non-compliance.
d. Disclaimer for Unauthorised Changes: Any unauthorised early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out may also lead to a relocation and/or cancellation fee if it results in a loss of income due to disruptions in subsequent bookings.
