Set between coast and mountains, Hedd Wen is a beautifully presented single-storey retreat surrounded by sweeping countryside views that stretch towards Anglesey and the dramatic peaks of Eryri (Snowdonia). Peaceful, private and wonderfully placed for exploring North Wales, this luxury cottage offers a memorable escape for up to six guests.



The heart of the home is the light-filled open-plan living space. Comfortable seating is arranged around a wood burner, perfect for cosy evenings after a day outdoors, while French doors open onto a lovely patio area, ideal for dining or relaxing outdoors. From the car park through to the entrance door and throughout the living areas, the property is largely step-free. There is a single step from the French and patio doors out onto the patio, with a further two steps leading down from the patio to the garden. The dining area sits alongside a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, ideal for an easy self-catered getaway. A separate study, complete with a pool table, games and books, provides an ideal space for multi-generational families.



The cottage offers three inviting bedrooms. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and a stylish en suite shower room, alongside a second king-size bedroom and the third bedroom arranged as a twin. A family bathroom with a bath and shower over completes the accommodation.



The home includes Wi-Fi, private parking for three cars and an electric vehicle charging point (available by arrangement with the owner).



Nestled near Nebo, Hedd Wen is ideally located for discovering the highlights of North Wales. The historic town of Caernarfon, with its magnificent UNESCO-listed castle, is within easy reach, while the landscapes of Eryri National Park are just moments away, offering endless opportunities for walking, cycling and adventure.



Sandy beaches such as Dinas Dinlle and the wide expanse of Black Rock Sands are also close by, making them perfect for coastal days out.

Please note, while the cottage itself is pet-free, the property is located on a site with many animals, including a friendly resident cat. As such the location may not be suitable for those who prefer to avoid animals.



House Rules:

•Strictly no fireworks, due to the animals on site

•Quiet hours are observed between 10pm and 8am, out of consideration for neighboring residents

•Guests are asked to take extra care when entering and exiting the site due to animals, and to ensure the main gate is closed at all times
