The cottage has a ground floor king-size double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a ground floor king-size double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a ground floor super king-size double bedroom (zip/link, can be twin on request) with an en-suite, a super king-size double bedroom (zip/link, can be twin on request) with en-suite bathroom, a family room with three single beds with an additional pull-out stacker bed, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a ground floor basin and WC, a utility room, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, an open plan kitchen, dining area and galleried sitting area in the barn and a first floor second sitting room with two sofa beds and a woodburning stove. Outside there is off road parking for eight cars and a front patio with furniture and 1.5 acres of grounds with a brook with a small 5ft waterfall. Deerclose West Farmhouse is a wonderful holiday base. Property will accept 2 well trained pets from the 29 Oct 2022. Note: If booking over Christmas or New Year, please note that this property won’t allow check-outs on the 26th Dec or 1st Jan.
