Hosting two bedrooms; a double and a twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find a kitchen with dining area, sitting room with woodburning stove. To the outside is off-road parking for one car, and a terraced garden on several levels with lawned area, patio and furniture. Located in an attractive village surrounded by countryside, Dolgenau Hir is a ground floor accommodation in an assorted part of Wales. Note: There's approximately 12 steps and a path from the parking down to the cottage, 1 large step to front door and accommodation, although ground floor is split level with 4 internal steps from kitchen to sitting room. Note: Property may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues, elderly or infirm as it has quite a steep entrance and is over different levels. Note: The sitting area is accessed via the double bedroom. Please note this property can only accept bookings for a minimum of 3 nights. Note: this property has a 7 night minimum over the Christmas and New Years period.
