The popular village of The Mumbles is a fantastic place for all, with coastal paths providing stunning views and a great choice of cycle routes nearby you won't be disappointed wherever you go. It's an ideal place for golfers with plenty of courses within a half hour drive away to keep you busy, or simply have a stroll around the bustling village and work your way through the variety of fashionable bars, restaurants and cafes and browse the lovely boutique shops, all just a short walk away from your holiday home. A stop at Joe's Ice Cream Parlour is a must and you can enjoy your ice cream while taking a walk to Mumbles Pier and see the lighthouse. If you enjoy spending time at the beach, then you're in luck as you'll be spoilt for choice in this part of Wales with many beautiful beaches nearby and in the Gower such as Langland Bay, Caswell Bay Beach and the iconic Three Cliffs Bay, all with breath-taking sceneries for you to admire. The city of Swansea is just a few miles away where there are more popular restaurants and bars, and an array of shops, or you can visit Blackpill Lido outdoor water park for a fun day out for all.
Ground Floor

- Dining room: Dining table with seating for 8, access to outdoor space.
- Kitchen: Extremely well-equipped with a dishwasher, gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, fondue set, walk in cupboard with space to hang coats, shoe storage and toys for the youngest guests.
- Family room: 2 two-seater sofas, Smart TV, Playstation 4, games, access to outdoor space.
- Cloakroom: Lavatory and wash hand basin.
First Floor
- Bedroom 1: King bed, hanging space, dressing table and mirror, chest of drawers, hairdryer.
- Bedroom 2: King bed, hanging space, dressing table and mirror, chest of drawers, hairdryer.
- Bedroom 3: Bunk beds (European size - slightly longer than normal single - comfortable for adults and children), hanging space, drawer space, mirror, hairdryer.
- Shower room: Modern with shower cubicle, wash hand basin, bidet and lavatory, heated towel rail.
- Hall cupboard: Hanging space, iron, ironing board, extra pillows.
Second Floor
- Bedroom 4 (Master Suite): Zip and link bed (super king bed or 2 single beds), hanging space, drawer space, mirror, seating, hairdryer. En-suite with bath, lavatory, wash hand basin.
Outside: Secure seating area. Secure outdoor storage area for bikes.
