The Space:
Four-poster double, a double, a twin and a single, along with a bathroom, a shower room and a cloakroom. There's also a kitchen, a dining room with a woodburning stove, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and an external games room with bike storage. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher and for entertainment, there are two Smart TVs, WiFi, table tennis, pool table, dart board. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent and a highchair is available. Outside, there is off-road parking for four cars, and a rear garden with lawn, patio, wood-fired hot tub, picnic bench, and barbecue. One well-behaved dog is welcome downstairs only and there is access to a private fishing lake, however sorry, no smoking. You can find a shop within 2.1 miles, and a pub in 0.1 miles. Please note: This property only accepts bookings starting on a Friday.
The Neighborhood:
This picturesque market town is in southern Snowdonia, between Cader Idris and the sea. It's a great location for seeing Snowdonia and resting on Barmouth, Fairbourne, and Aberdovey's beaches. The village has a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, and bakeries that produce fresh bread and pastries daily. Dolgellau has almost 200 listed structures, the highest concentration in Wales, and is a designated "cycling break centre" with dedicated bike lanes. This setting is perfect for quiet outdoor activity with mountains, forests, waterfalls, castles, and beaches nearby.
