Overcombe Mill has an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with amenities including a Smart TV, DVD player, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, dining space for six, and a cloakroom. The bedrooms each have a Smart TV and consist of a ground-floor king-size with en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC, a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), and a twin (zip/link, can be super-king-size on request), plus bathroom. Enclosed garden, decking, furniture, and barbecue, off-road allocated parking for two cars. Within 1.3 miles you will find a shop, within 1.5 miles, a pub, and within 2.8 miles, a beach. Sorry, no smoking. One well-behaved pet welcome. Highchair, travel cot, and stairgate available on request. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included.
