West Cottage, is a first-floor self-contained apartment in the grounds of the owner's home in the small village of East Knapton, close to Rillington. The apartment consists of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster, a dingin area seating four guests and a sitting room with a TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin room serviced by a family bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside is off-road parking for one car, a private patio, communal lawns. Perfect for a family holiday or a romantic retreat, West Cottage is a lovely holiday apartment in a beautiful part of the country. The property benefits from shared use of the on-site indoor swimming pool between the hours of 9am-5pm all year round. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Note: This property includes a Good House Keeping bond of GBP250.00.

Rillington is a small village and civil parish located on the A64 road in North Yorkshire, with easy links to the historical city of York and the bustling coastal town of Scarborough.
