The Space:
Manorcombe Bungalow, a single-storey cottage, consists of a kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, and toaster, a dining area with seating for eight guests, and a sitting area with TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a double, twin, and family room with a triple bunk and a single bed, serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC, and a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a private patio with furniture and a barbecue, access to 20 acres, two heated swimming pools, an on-site shop, pub, play area and games room. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Within 1.5 miles you will find a shop and within 0.1 miles a pub. A stay at Manorcombe Bungalow promises to be one to remember. Note: Please keep dogs on leads around the park and in the pub.
The Neighborhood:
Drakewalls is a small village in southeast Cornwall, within close proximity to the border of Devon. It has a small choice of pubs/restaurants for those looking to eat out during their trip and sample some local delicacies, or you can pick up any last-minute ingredients from the local convenience store. The village is within reach of a number of Cornwall and Devon towns for a number of popular tourist attractions, including the National Trust property of Cotehele. You can explore the open hills of Kit Hill, or venture towards the Tamar Valley AONB for some of the most magnificent walks with opportunities for some truly Instagrammable pictures. You can even stop off at the Tamar Valley Donkey Park, something your little ones will delight in visiting and meeting the animals. For an action-packed afternoon you can visit the Tamar Trails Centre and experience what it's like to fly down a zip wire, or make the longer journey towards the bustling city of Plymouth. This is a fantastic rural location for all types of visitors to explore the very best Cornwall and Devon has to offer.
