There's an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside there’s an enclosed rear multilevel garden with courtyard, patio and furniture and driveway parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Nearest shop and pub in 0.3 miles. 17 Ocean Heights a wonderful retreat in Cornwall.
