Outside there is a balcony with outdoor seating and off-road parking for one car. Apartment 4 Clooneavin is an excellent base for touring the beautiful Devon coast and countryside. Please be reminded that due to the unique elevated position of this property, care is needed when using the path down to the harbour - We do suggest wearing suitable footwear and would not recommend heels.
