Y Graiglwyd is a four-storey Victorian home with a kitchen including a range cooker, American-style fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and washing machine, a living/dining room with woodburning stove, a dog bedroom/utility with twin beds and toys, a study/library with Smart TV, a cinema room with 86" TV and seating for 14, and a games room with pool table and dartboard. The bedrooms consist of six kingsize, one double and one twin, all with en-suites. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, decked area and furniture, and a front terrace with wrought iron furniture and charcoal BBQ. There is a free car park opposite the property. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.9 miles, pub 0.6 miles, coast 0.1 mile. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Y Graiglwyd is a superb base for exploring Anglesey.

The small port town of Amlwch lies on the northeastern corner of Anglesey, in a stunning coastal location. With an affluent mining history, the village now plays host to independent cafes and local shops, making it a tranquil location for a family holiday. Discover the history of Amlwch and its copper mining tradition on the Heritage Copper Trail, part of the beautiful 125-mile coastal path that winds its way along the coast of Anglesey, or visit the Old Mine Works at Mynydd Parys, and see the red, yellow and purple rocks, which some say resemble the surface of the Moon. For lovers of fishing and golf, both are available in Amlwch, with the Bull Bay Golf Club close by, and sea fishing a very popular pastime. Take the ferry to Dublin and spend a day enjoying Irish life, or stay on Anglesey and make the most of one of the beautiful beaches on offer.
