About this house rental
On the ground floor, you will find a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. (Please note: the bathroom may be less suitable for taller people.)
On the first floor, an air-conditioned living/bedroom area includes a large sofa, a video projector with access to TV and Netflix (with your subscription), and two single beds.
On the second floor, accessible via a steep and narrow staircase (please take care with children), is a sleeping area with a queen-size bed, a TV, and air conditioning.
👉 Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
Finally, the house also has an electric vehicle charging station (paid service: 20euros per day).
Park your car in the large public car park by crossing the small bridge. You are less than 100m from your house. Access your house through the small black gate.
You have access to the entire accommodation.

You are a 10-minute walk from the town center along the paved path that runs alongside the river. After the stadium, you can either walk up towards the medieval town or turn right to stroll through the magnificent public garden, which offers a breathtaking view of the royal castle. You can then easily reach the town center by passing through the Porte des Cordeliers (Cordeliers Gate).
For walking enthusiasts, the path continues through the Prairies du Roy (King's Meadows), leading to the charming neighboring town of Beaulieu-lès-Loches, a beautiful monastic and artistic center.
By car, the center of Loches is also just 5 minutes away.
The house is ideally located for discovering the region's must-see attractions:
the famous Beauval Zoo/Safari Park, 30 minutes away,
the magnificent Château de Chenonceau,
Amboise with its castle and the Clos Lucé, Leonardo da Vinci's last residence.

Chédigny, a famous garden village,
Montrésor, listed among the most beautiful villages in France.
Southern Touraine is full of treasures to discover, notably the Brenne Regional Natural Park, nicknamed "the land of a thousand ponds," renowned for its unspoiled landscapes and exceptional natural beauty.
Via the A85: 10 min from exit 11 D58 - D31: Bléré, Loches, Amboise, Montrichard, Chenonceaux.
Via the A10: 30 minutes from the Chambray les Tours exit, take the direction of Loches, Châteauroux.
Loches station: to go to Tours.
Tours Airport: 40 minutes away
