The new owners have thoughtfully updated this already well-loved beach house, creating a warm and inviting coastal retreat on the west end of Dauphin Island. Perfectly located across from Laffitte Bay Waterfront Park, the home offers sweeping views of the bay with deeded access for fishing, kayaking, or simply enjoying the peaceful scenery. The Gulf beaches are just a short walk away, giving you the best of both worlds with bayfront tranquility and sandy shores within easy reach. A short .15 mile walk to the boardwalk, and then about .10 to the sandy beaches.
Inside, the home’s open layout is ideal for spending time with family and friends. The living room is bright and inviting with oversized windows, vaulted ceilings, and recessed lighting, while the kitchen blends style and function with a spacious breakfast bar, a cozy eat-in dining area, and a very well-stocked setup for preparing meals of any size.
