You will find 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with a new, fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, 2 leather sofas, 2 leather armchairs, and a lounge chair. A spiral staircase leads to an additional walk-through living room with a chaise longue, lounge chair, table, and chair. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, and washing machine. Every room has a workspace for home office needs. Bookcases with literature for children, teens, and adults, board games, and a large DVD collection are available.
Enjoy your private balcony with mountain views and your covered terrace next to a sunbathing lawn. The house is surrounded by a cottage garden. You can also use the table tennis area with 5 tables in the barn. Two parking spaces are provided; additional parking is available on the street.
