This luxurious home comfortably sleeps 9, with multiple private and flexible sleeping areas, two full bathrooms, and spacious living spaces for your group to relax and socialize. (1 King bedroom, 1 King Inflatable mattress bedroom, 1 Queen bedroom. (1 Queen and 1 Twin inflatable mattress also.)

Enjoy the pool table, use the exercise equipment, or take in stunning Mount Rainier and valley views from two decks-all in a quiet, safe cul-de-sac. With a 7-night minimum, this home offers full-week privacy and convenience, perfect for fans traveling together to Seattle.

Perfectly placed between Seattle and Tacoma with easy freeway access north or south in about 15 mins. either way and just 30 minutes from Seattle. Explore the local area and then retreat to quiet and spacious luxury that feels like your home away from home.

Free driveway parking for up to 7. 4-5 vehicles can park diagonally along on the right side, plus 2-3 more on the left side. We have A/C to keep you cool this summer.

UPSTAIRS: Heading up the stairs to the main living area, you will be wowed by the panoramic wall of windows and the unobstructed view of Mt. Rainier, the Cascade mountain range, and the entire Puyallup Valley around to the city of Tacoma on the far west side. You will see sunrise to sunset, full rainbows and fireworks, thunderstorms and city lights, eagles and hawks right outside. Relax in the living room and enjoy using the binoculars or spotting scope to zoom right onto the mountain snow. All lights are LED and many are have dimmer controls for the perfect ambience.

Birch logs and black mirrored glass sparkle off the 3-way fireplace making every dinner special at the large dining table for six. Two leather barstools and four additional seats at the kitchen table. Coffee bar and fully stocked kitchen with everything you need during your stay. Help yourself to the pantry or small freezer goods. Breakfast items provided: instant oatmeal, granola bars, pancake mix.

Just off second family room and TV area, enjoy the upper deck shaded by a large pergola. Sip morning coffee in the corner Adirondack chair, lounge in the two heavy duty infinity chairs, or catch up with friends around the sparkling glass fire-pit at night under the string lights after a long day exploring and take in all the views. Enjoy a BBQ dinner al fresco style under your shade umbrella and recap the excitement of the game.

BATHROOM 1 UP: Heated tile floors, tub/shower combo, blow dryer, starter toiletries, dimmable lighting, plenty of towels.

KING BEDROOM UP:
Private room has King inflatable mattress with electric pump on a soft rug, charging nightstands and lamps, clothing wardrobe and storage, makeup table and mirror. Sit/stand desk available to use with HDMI connector and monitor. You will have Bathroom 1 next door all to yourself and this well-lit room with valley views is the only bedroom upstairs.

DOWNSTAIRS:

KING BEDROOM DOWN: Tucked away privately in the far back corner is a sumptuously large King bed with USB charging port, touch dimmable lamps, 16 drawers and 2 cupboards - plenty of room to put all your things for a long stay. Mirrored closet doors, robe, shoe rack, desk with mirror, smart TV, side chair, blackout curtains, bright view to backyard.

QUEEN BEDROOM DOWN: A delightfully cozy Queen room with pillowtop mattress, USB charging lamps, movable smart TV, blackout curtains, full length mirror, closet, shoe rack, robe, dresser, plush reading chair & footrest. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. View to back veggie garden.

LAUNDRY ROOM: large capacity washer/dryer and detergents, dryer sheets, etc to use during your stay. Central vacuum and cleaning products available.

BATHROOM 2 DOWN: Full bathroom has heated tile floors, tub/shower combo, starter toiletries, blow dryer, makeup mirror. Plenty of extra towels & linens.

FAMILY ROOM/4TH BEDROOM DOWN: Large family room/recreation room has 4 movie theatre seats and window bench seating, 65" smart TV with surround sound, pool table, rowing machine, elliptical machine, rebounder, yoga mats, bands, small weight set, 2nd desk area with a Mountain view, board games & books for all ages. Inflatable queen mattress and twin mattress with bedding available if needed.

Slider door to shaded lower deck, outdoor seating and fully fenced backyard. Croquet set available to setup in the backyard if desired. The surrounding neighborhoods are safe to walk and have several hills if you want a morning "hike".

Guest access
Guest access will be via the front door digital keypad. You will have access to 2500 sq. ft. of this 3100 sq.ft. home.

You will also be able to use a garage door opener to bring in groceries or your items. You will need to move carefully between owner's parked cars if in garage.
