➤Pets allowed with $75 fee per stay. Max 2 dogs under 20 lbs. No cats or aggressive breeds. Keep pets off furniture, clean up after them, and crate if left alone.
➤Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted.
➤No third-party bookings (must book under your own account).
➤No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage).
➤Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. Please keep noise to a minimum.
➤Free street parking is available in front of the house. Please note that on Thursdays from 6:00 AM to 12:30 PM, cars must be moved for garbage collection (look for posted street signs).
Guests will have access to the entire home with all the amenities for a hassle-free stay.

1. If you are local please notify us before making your reservation
2. Guests acknowledge and agree to observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and to keep noise levels to a minimum during this time out of respect for neighbors.
3. **If small events are allowed: We welcome small, calm gatherings such as baby showers, family birthdays, and similar events. However, all events must be pre-approved in advance. Please provide details, including the number of guests and duration, for consideration. Large parties, loud gatherings, or disruptive events are strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible for ensuring all attendees respect house rules and neighborhood quiet hours. Unapproved events may result in cancellation of the reservation
4. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible
5. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed
6. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund
7. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a late check-out fee equal to 10% of the base price. This fee helps cover housekeeping costs when the agreed-upon check-out time is not observed.
8. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement
9. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place around the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property
The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit or through the resolutions center
10 This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:
•Please note that a $75 Pet fee will be applied per stay.
•Please disclose pets at the time of booking. All pets must be added to your reservation so the applicable pet fee can be applied.
•We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy.
•No more than TWO (2) animals, no larger than 20 pounds.
•Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets.
•Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated
11. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos
12. For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera
13. Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation, for any reason, will be considered no-shows. No-shows are non-refundable, and no credits, reschedules, or exceptions will be provided under any circumstances.
14. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week.
15. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs
16. If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation.
