This property is not suitable for parties. Any parties, loud music, or smoking indoors will result in immediate removal (via security) with no refund. Your Airbnb deposit may also be used towards costs.
No Smoking Indoors:
A strict no-smoking policy applies inside the property. Evidence of smoking will incur a £1000 charge through Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.
Quiet Hours:
This is a quiet area, so noise must be kept to a minimum after 10 p.m. Noise and air monitoring systems are in place.
