Nestled in a lovely Mews off the main Grist Square in Laugharne, this beautifully refurbished two-bedroom cottage offers the perfect blend of character, comfort and location, with picturesque views towards the iconic Laugharne Castle.

The well-equipped newly fitted kitchen-diner includes modern appliances such as a full-size fridge freezer, slimline dishwasher and washer dryer.
To the rear, you will find a delightful enclosed courtyard garden overlooking a pretty river, creating a peaceful spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. There is also a further lawned area to the side of the property (please note this space is not enclosed), offering additional outdoor space to enjoy.
Upstairs, the cottage features two generously sized bedrooms. The large master bedroom boasts a superking zip-and-link bed, offering flexibility for different group needs, while the second bedroom is perfect for families with a triple sleeper setup (double bottom bed and single above). Both bedrooms offer ample storage, and views across to the castle. A newly fitted, contemporary shower room completes the first floor.
There is allocated off street parking for 1 car. This property welcomes one well behaved dog, meaning no one must miss out on the fun.

Location
Wander out of the house, just a stone throne from the beautiful Grist in Laugharne, where there are several choices of eateries and a small choice of amenities such a convenience store and gift shop. Walk along the foreshore along the estuary, where many beautiful coastal walks are available. Visit the famous poet, Dylan Thomas' Boat House or writing shed, or pop into the lovely Castle with stunning views leading as far as the Gower on a clear day.
Laugharne is a lovely township, with so much history and culture, married with the modern amenities and a stone throw from stunning beaches such as Pendine, which is 7 miles of golden sands. Further along the coast you can explore the beautiful Pembrokeshire coastline, and just 20 mins to Saundersfoot.
West Wales as a destination has so much to offer visitors, with an abundance of castles and country parks and The National Botanical Gardens of Wales for the more chilled tourist. For thrill seekers there are places such as Oakwood Theme Park, Outdoor pursuits and watersports, and many family friendly attractions such as Folly Farm, Annas Welsh Zoo Manor Park, Heatherton, Dinosaur park and so much more.
