A refundable damage deposit of 700 euros is required and must be paid in cash upon arrival. The minimum stay is 7 nights. Included services cover daily cleaning from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 and 14:00, 2 sets of bed linens and bath towels per week, and a final cleaning at the end of the stay. Air conditioning and heating are included, as is electricity up to 300 kW per week, with any consumption exceeding this limit to be settled on-site upon departure, as the electricity meter is checked at both arrival and departure. A cot is available for children under 2 years of age. A city tax of 4.00 euros per person per day applies to all guests aged 18 and over.
