A second access point to the villa, located at the rear of the house, connects the garden to the shared entrance used by the other 2 units within the property, ensuring that the outdoor areas remain easily accessible while the apartment itself retains its sense of independence and privacy.

Zarina is a strictly non-smoking property, and guests are kindly requested to respect this rule throughout the duration of their stay. The apartment is entirely private and independent, developing across the whole main floor of Villa Castiglioni, with its own dedicated entrance from the garden on the facade of the villa. A secondary access is available at the rear of the building, shared with the other 2 units of the house. The property is ideally suited for guests seeking a peaceful and exclusive retreat while remaining within easy reach of all essential services and leisure activities.

Spread across 2 distinct levels, this elegant villa accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, offering a refined and spacious retreat on the shores of Lake Como.

The main floor extends over 210 sqm and serves as the heart of the property. Upon entering, you are welcomed by a large, bright living room furnished with elegant sofas, a flat-screen television with Sky channels including USA and Russian programming, and a BOSE sound system. A dedicated dining area with table and chairs enjoys wonderful views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The fully equipped kitchen features a double oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The first bedroom on this floor is a double room with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a Teuco ultrasonic Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds that can be joined to form a double, served by a second bathroom with shower. The entire main floor benefits from direct access to the private patio.

The garden level spans 76 sqm and houses the third bedroom, which features 2 single beds that cannot be joined, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. This level also includes a fitness room with a plasma television, a laundry room equipped with a washer-dryer unit, and a small kitchenette corner ideal for breakfast, complete with an electric cooker, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee machine.

This luxury Lake Como villa rental is appointed with a comprehensive selection of amenities designed to ensure a seamless and indulgent stay. Climate comfort is fully addressed throughout the property, with air conditioning available in the bedrooms and heating provided at an additional cost of 80 Euros per week, payable on site. For relaxation, the villa offers both an outdoor Jacuzzi and a Jacuzzi bathtub, specifically the Teuco ultrasonic model located in the en-suite bathroom on the main floor.

The outdoor spaces are equally well-appointed, featuring a private patio with direct access from the main floor and a private garden, both ideal for enjoying the spectacular lake and mountain scenery. A barbecue is also available for al fresco dining.

In the kitchen, you will find a dishwasher, a microwave, and a double oven, ensuring all culinary needs are met with ease. The garden level kitchenette provides an additional microwave for added convenience. Entertainment throughout the villa is provided by a flat-screen television on the main floor with satellite TV access including USA and Russian channels, a plasma television in the fitness room, and a BOSE sound system in the living area. A washing machine is available in the dedicated laundry room on the garden level. Wi-Fi internet access is included in the rental price, and maid service is provided for 2 hours per day, Monday through Saturday.

The villa is situated in Laglio, a charming and well-served town on Lake Como, within walking distance of local restaurants, shops, and essential services. Guests have the opportunity to rent a boat for a tour on the lake, and having a car is recommended in order to explore the wider destination and areas not accessible by water. Laglio is also notably recognized as the town of residence of a famous American actor. The property is conveniently located within easy reach of several key destinations, with Cernobbio at 8 km, Como at 14 km, Lugano at 37 km, and Milan at 67 km.

A minimum stay of 7 nights is required, with Saturday as the designated changeover day. Check-in is available from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and check-out must be completed by 9:00 am. Upon request and subject to owner approval, a late arrival may be arranged at the following additional costs: arrivals between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm incur an extra fee of 50 Euros, while arrivals between midnight and 6:00 am incur an extra fee of 100 Euros.

A refundable security deposit of 1,000 Euros is required and must be paid in cash upon arrival. This amount will be returned upon departure, less any charges applicable in the event of damage to the property.

Electricity is metered and included in the rental price up to 50 Euros per week. Any consumption exceeding this amount is to be paid by guests on site. Heating is available at an additional cost of 80 Euros per week, also payable on site.

Due to the very high quality of furnishings throughout the villa, children between 1 and 12 years of age are admitted only upon request and must be supervised by a nanny. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
