Welcome to our home at Ash View. A beautiful and restored Victorian house close to city centre and the hospital, with many original features and quirks that make it so individual.
From the stunning fireplaces to the recently revealed Victorian quarry tiles in the kitchen, it is a house that has many a story to tell.
We hope you enjoy your stay here.
The space
This house features:
• Three bedrooms – one king in each room
• Two full bathrooms, ideal for groups or families
• Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances
• Cosy living/dining area with Wi-Fi and smart TV
• Washer and dryer for longer stays
Enjoy a stress-free stay with easy self-check-in, complimentary toiletries and fresh linens.
Located in a quiet residential street, the property is 10-15 minutes’ walk to Lincoln County Hospital, about 15 minutes’ walk (or a short bus ride) to Lincoln Cathedral and Castle, and close to restaurants, cafés, and local shops.

We, therefore, kindly ask that you treat the home with care and respect, ensuring that neighbours are not disturbed by excessive noise, parties, or any disruptive behaviour. We welcome all respectful and considerate guests.
A £200 security deposit is required for this property and will be collected separately before your arrival via credit card. The deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days of check-out, provided the property passes inspection.
