Relax in this modern and spacious 2 bedroom chalet near Sidmouth, perfect for families and small groups. Nestled in a peaceful countryside setting and just a short 15-minute drive from the coast, it offers space for up to 6 guests (with use of the sofa bed) along with everything needed for a relaxing and homely stay.

- Contemporary open-plan living space with floor-to-ceiling windows and skylights for natural light
- Modern, fully equipped kitchen, ready for cooking your own meals at home
- Dining table, large sofa and Smart TV
- Sliding glass doors opening onto the large patio and gardens
- 2 spacious bedrooms: One double and one twin bedroom. Both with comfortable beds, crisp hotel linen, and ample storage
- Sofa bed in the living area for up to 2 additional guests (available on request for an additional fee; select 5 or 6 guests when booking)
- Modern family bathroom with shower, bath, toilet, sink, complimentary toiletries, and fluffy towels

The Neighborhood:
Set in a quiet holiday park just outside Sidmouth, it's just a 15 minute walk to Weston Beach, a clean and safe beach where you can enjoy sunbathing and swimming in the summer months, and some lovely coastal walks. It's just a 10 minute drive in to Sidmouth, where you will find an array of shops, restaurants and. There is also Sidmouth town beach, where you can arrange a number of water sports and activities during summer. There is also a large Waitrose supermarket for your groceries.
Getting Around:
As mentioned, the nearest beach is just 15 minutes walk away. Sidmouth is a 10 minute drive away, or there is also a local bus that you can get from the nearby main road. Exeter airport is just a 25 minute drive away.
