Cocoonr offers you this charming 150 m² house in Liévin to rent, which sleeps up to 12 people.
It comprises a 17 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a dining room, six bedrooms, a shower room (with three showers) and a 40 m² garden. Sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- An adjoining dining room
- Bedroom with double bed (140x190)
- A shower room with three showers
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190)
Second floor:
- Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190)
- One bedroom with two single beds that can be made into a double bed (140x190)
Outside :
- An enclosed and private terrace of 40 m² to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Liévin, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Louvre-Lens : Modern museum linked to the Louvre Museum
- Base 11/19: Converted former mining site
- Lewarde Mining History Centre: The largest mining museum in France
- Parc de la Glissoire: landscaped park with water features
