With seating for 6–8, it's perfect for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, or evening conversations overlooking the water. Positioned in a cove with main channel access, guests get a balance of calmer water and proximity to lake activity. The Regatta Bay community also offers access to 2 pools and shared outdoor amenities such as a pavilion, pickleball court, and playground for additional enjoyment.

Inside, the condo features a welcoming open layout designed for gathering and relaxation. The living room is centered around lake views and comfortable seating, making it a great space to unwind. The upstairs loft adds a unique sleeping and hangout area, ideal for additional guests or a flexible retreat space. With smart TVs, a well-equipped kitchen, and thoughtful layout, the condo supports both short stays and extended visits.

Located in Lake Ozark at the 12MM, you are in one of the most desirable and active areas of the lake. By water, you're just minutes from popular spots like Dog Days, Backwater Jacks, and Redhead Lakeside Grill for dining and entertainment. By land, enjoy quick access to shopping at the Osage Beach Outlet Marketplace, golf courses like The Oaks and Bear Creek Valley, and family attractions including mini golf and go-karts. • This condo unit is on the 4th floor from the parking lot, and does not have an elevator
• This property does not have an available boat slip for guest use
• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old and it is best suited for families and groups of friends.
• This property is easily accessible by road and does not require 4WD. All roads are paved; however, in winter, they may ice over and become difficult to navigate.

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
