Welcome to the White House a magnificent unique Edwardian townhouse in the heart of Newquay. 6 en suite bedrooms, a dining table big enough for the 12-14 people, a sun-kissed terrace for you to enjoy a drink and and enjoy the sea views. A great space for a group holiday.
Only a 3 minute walk to town & a 5 minute walk to the waters edge, with 3 parking spaces directly outside. Designed and furnished by a a leading renowned London Interior designer, offering exquisite antique and modern furniture for you to be comfortable and have somewhere to celebrate... or relax

Guest access
~The keys are left in a lockbox and you will be sent the code before arrival.
~ Other things to note
~Towels & all linen provided
~.Please do your best to conserve energy! (Make sure lights are off, heaters only used when you need it … thank you )
~Please don't take our towels to the beach.
~ 2 sets of keys - When leaving the house for the day please use the lock box for keys, lost keys are charged at £50 per lost key.

Pets
~ please note while you love your furry friends and we are happy to accommodate only 2 dogs only. Under no circumstances can the dogs be left in the property when you are not there and they are strictly prohibited from going on any of the soft furnishings or furniture or upstairs in the carpeted areas or bedrooms or beds. If this does happen then you will be charged a cleaning fee of £300

Fire Alam
~ We have a highly sensitive fire alarm system for your safety, it however will detect even the the slightest heat or smoke or vapour so we ask you not to vape or smoke anywhere in the property and only do this on the terrace were these is a designated smoking area. Unfortunately if the alarm goes off unnecessarily due to smoking or vaping we reserve the right to charge you an alarm call out reset fee of £500.
