This modern two-bedroom end of terrace house is situated in a tranquil cul-de-sac, and offers everything you need for a comfortable professional or family stay. The property features two bedrooms on the upper floor: one furnished with a king-size bed, and the other with the option of one or two single beds. There is also a double sofa bed in the sitting room on the ground floor. There is a full bathroom (with bath and electric shower) on the upper level and a toilet on the ground floor. The sitting room is equipped with dining table, corner sofa, TV, books and games. A dedicated workspace with office chair is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with all standard amenities (fridge freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, oven, kettle and toaster). The rear of the property has a well-maintained private garden with outdoor furniture for relaxation and dining. For those travelling with children, a highchair is available, as well as children’s books, games and toys, and a trampoline in the garden. There are shops and parks a short stroll away, including Redcatch Park, a local gem, where you can enjoy coffee and cake and buy local produce in their Community Garden.
