About this house rental
Beautifully house on the first floor, cosy atmosphere, close to public transport and shops / restaurants in the centre of Gosselies. It is also close to the shopping centre "City Nord" and the airport "Brussel South Charleroi". The house can accommodate up to 4 people and has 2 bedrooms. Easy access by road (5 min. from exit E42 / N5) and free parking on the street. The accommodation is completely NON-SMOKING! (for the well-being of the guests) The house is a 70 m² house. It is composed of: An entrance hall with private entrance and a small cellar. A cosy living room with 1 L-shaped sofa bed (2 people), lounge table, armchair, television. A fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, hob and oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and all the cooking equipment if you wish to cook and dine at home. A bathroom with bathtub-shower, sink, washing machine, WC. A first bedroom with 2 single bed with wardrobe and a desk. A second bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobe. All windows are equipped with electric shutters or blackout blinds, so you can sleep well at any time. Wifi available throughout the building. All accommodation is accessible to guests. We do not live on site. You can contact us by phone / email if necessary. Anne's parents live next door and can help you if necessary. Quiet area near the shops of Gosselies (Charleroi). Even if we are close to Brussel South-Charleroi airport (3 km), we do not hear the planes (position parallel to the runways). Bus stop 100m away and tram stop 200m away. Free parking is available on the street in front of the house. The accommodation is completely NON-SMOKING! (for the well-being of the guests) Access to the house at any time with the smartlock. (You will receive a code that will allow you to open the door)
