About this house rental
30 Marian Park is a luxury Townhouse located 5 min walk to the centre of Buncrana, Inishowen’s largest town. It is within easy walking distance of all amenities- shops, pubs and restaurants. A solid-fuel stove welcomes you to the cozy living room on the ground floor. The room is equipped with a large screen TV and free WiFi - perfect for keeping in touch while away from home. There is an enclosed garden with patio furniture and a secure, gated off-road parking area.
The bright and compact kitchen is equipped with a gas hob and electric oven, fridge with ice box, microwave, air fryer, kettle and toaster, washing machine, iron and ironing board and clothes drying rack - there is also an outdoor clothes line. High chair available on request.
The shower room is located on the ground floor with a Triton electric shower, toilet and sink.
On summer evenings, guests can enjoy the outdoor area to the rear of the property with seating provided.
Guests parking is also available at the front of the property free of charge.
The Bedrooms are located on the 1st floor consisting of 2 x Double Rooms with comfy King Size Beds and 1 Single Room. Sleeps 5 guests. Freestanding Wardrobes and drawers storage available for clothes. Cot available on request.
A lockbox is located at the property and guests will be sent the access code before arrival. This will allow guest to check in easily at their convenience.
