- A south/west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A 50 m² courtyard shared with the neighbours, running around the property.
The flat is ideally located in Ivry-sur-Seine, in a very pleasant environment. You'll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a supermarket just 50 m away.
